Operation While Impaired

Saugeen Shores Police, Fire and Paramedics were dispatched to a report of a two vehicle collision on Goderich Street where one of the vehicles had caught fire.

 

A driver was subjected to a roadside breath alcohol screening which registered a fail. He was transported to the police station for further testing. Occupants of the other motor vehicle sustained minor injuries due to the collision.

 

As a result of this investigation a 22-year-old of Etobicoke has been charged with Operation while Impaired (80+) and Careless Driving.

 

His drivers license has been suspended, and his vehicle has been impounded.
