Operation Spring Cleaning – Traffic Campaign Results

On May 6^th Operation Spring Cleaning began targeting vehicle equipment, permits and licencing.

In total officers laid 25 Highway Traffic Act and Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act tickets during the campaign that lasted until May 19^th.

Charges included:

• Fail to have insurance card
• No licence
• Fail to have permit
• Unsafe motor vehicle
• Obstruct licence plate
• Improper tires
• Improper headlights
• Unnecessary noise
